Are a family run business based in Hull, the business was started by Neil Lammiman and has now been trading for over seven years. Neil’s ambition and motivation to start Compact Foods originated from his knowledge of the industry, seeing many products being brought into the area from afar he wanted to supply local companies with local produce. It didn’t take long to find fantastic quality products that were already being produced in the area, such as Elliotts free range eggs that come from a farm in East Yorkshire and other products such as these that were required by local companies, thus Compact Foods was started.
